About

For this filter, a Gel Slider was implemented you are able to set the notch frequency of your choice so long as it is below half the sampling frequency.

Notch At 5Khz - Before

It can be seen the yellow and blue ones (yellow - original sine wave, blue - with notch filter applied), are the same with the blue one slightly higher in amplitude due to thte filter characteristics, but overall is unchanged in terms of having a degraded amplitude.

Notch at 5Khz

The blue signal is killed off since we set the frequency dial on the function generator to be at the notch frequency.

After Notch at 5kHz

The Blue signal returns back to its original amplitude

Now the notch filter is set at 10Khz

The blue signal is killed off when the function generator is set at approximately 10kHz.
